Lead with Voice provides supportive, engaging opportunities for youth to strengthen their communication skills, grow in confidence, and learn how to use their voice with purpose.
Through workshops, coaching, and speaking practice, students develop real-world skills they can use in school, at home, in their communities, and throughout life.
What the Program is About
A supportive place for students to grow and find their voice
Lead with Voice is designed to help students develop skills that will benefit them in school, in their communities, and in everyday life. The program focuses on helping youth become more confident speakers, stronger leaders, and more prepared to share their ideas with others.
Students are encouraged to participate, practice, and grow through interactive learning experiences that support personal development and build lasting communication skills.
Who Can Participate
Lead with Voice is designed for middle school and early high school students ages 11 to 15. The program is intended for students who want to build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, and improve their public speaking in a supportive setting.
Cost and Availability
There is no cost to participate in the program. Lead with Voice is free for accepted students. Slots are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis for each cohort.
Session Schedule
Lead with Voice offers two sessions each year.
Spring Session: March through May
Fall Session: September through November
Program Format
Students participate in workshops, coaching, and speaking opportunities designed to help them grow in confidence and communication. The program provides a supportive environment where students can practice speaking, develop leadership skills, and learn how to express themselves effectively.
