Lead with Voice helps young people grow into confident communicators and thoughtful leaders. Through supportive instruction, practice, and encouragement, we give students opportunities to strengthen their voice, share their ideas, and build skills that can serve them in school, relationships, and future careers.

At Lead with Voice, we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to be heard, supported, and encouraged to grow. Our program is built around helping students develop the confidence and communication skills they need to speak up, connect with others, and step into leadership. The five areas below highlight the foundation of our work and the impact we hope to make in each student’s life.
Confidence
Students build confidence in a supportive environment where they are encouraged to participate and believe in themselves.
Speaking
Students strengthen public speaking skills by learning to organize their ideas, speak clearly, and present with greater confidence.
Leadership
Students grow as leaders by learning to take initiative, accept responsibility, and make a positive impact.
Voice
Students learn to express their ideas, share their perspectives, and understand that their voice matters.
